Who we are
GoSellMineralRights (gosellmineralrights.com) is operated by Elia Kashif. We match mineral and royalty owners with independent buyers. Contact: hello@gosellmineralrights.com.
What we collect
When you request offers, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, email, phone number, the state and county of your minerals, details about your interest, and any notes. We also record the page you used, the date and time, and basic technical data such as your IP address and browser, which helps us prevent spam.
How we use and share it
We use your information to match your request with buyers and to contact you about it. With your consent, we share it with up to 3 independent mineral buyers active in your area, who may contact you by phone, text or email about your minerals. Each buyer handles your information under its own privacy policy.
We don't sell your information to marketing lists or data brokers. We may share it with service providers that host our site and handle our email and forms, and where the law requires it.
Your choices
You can opt out of calls, texts or emails at any time by telling the sender to stop, or by emailing us. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing hello@gosellmineralrights.com. Residents of some states have additional rights under their state's privacy laws; we honor those requests too.
How long we keep it
We keep request records for as long as needed to match you with buyers, handle follow-up and meet legal obligations, then delete them.
Cookies and analytics
We use basic analytics to understand which pages are useful. We don't use advertising cookies.
